The biomass syngas power generation system consists of a downward aspirated, fluidized bed biomass gasifier and a syngas generator set.
KX series biomass gasifier is a biomass gasifier designed by our company for biomass synthesis gas power generation, which adopts downward suction technology and fluidized bed technology. It adopts modular design, simple installation and convenient transportation. Dry purification technology is adopted to avoid secondary water pollution of natural environment. The adaptability of raw materials is strong, only the size of biomass raw materials is less than 30mm, and the moisture content is less than 20%. PLC intelligent control system is adopted in the control system, which can fully realize long-term 24-hour continuous full-automatic operation.
Features of down draft and fluidized bed biomass gasifier:

Principle of biomass gasification:
The biomass raw material enters the reactor of gasifier, is heated and dried, and then with the increase of temperature, its volatile matters are separated out and pyrolyzed (cracked) at high temperature. The gas and carbide after pyrolysis react with the air supplied in the oxidation area to generate CO2 and water vapor. The heat generated by combustion is used to maintain the heat absorption reaction in the drying, pyrolysis and reduction area in the lower furnace. After combustion, the gas will pass through the reduction area and carbonization area (c + CO2 = 2CO, C + HO2 = H2 + CO) in the furnace body to generate synthesis gas containing Co, H2, CH4, CMHN and other components.
The remaining waste after the production of syngas from biomass raw materials is biomass carbon. The quality of the biochar is different according to the material and density of the raw material. Biochar is widely used in industry and agriculture.
